Terms and Conditions

Shipping policy

All items will be shipped via track and trace courier of our choice to a physical address. Should a package arrive damaged please contact us within 24 hours by email at admin@dopeydog.co.nz. We will not take responsibility for damaged items that are not notified within this time frame.

 

Returns policy

We do not have a sale or return policy. Once dispatched items are not returnable.

Items that are damaged or faulty will be replaced as per the requirements of the Consumer Guarantee act.
