All items will be shipped via track and trace courier of our choice to a physical address in New Zealand. Should a package arrive damaged please contact us within 24 hours by email at email@example.com. We will not take responsibility for damaged items that are not notified within this time frame. In the instance of multiple items we cannot quote the exact cost of shipping until we know what size parcel your order will be so due to the variant in size and weight of our products, in the event of multiple items being purchased and multiple shipping charged we will refund any payment over and above the actual cost of sending the parcel at the time of shipping.
All customised and personalised orders are final so please check spelling and wording when confirming your order. Items that are damaged or faulty will be replaced as per the requirements of the Consumer Guarantee act. We do not refund or exchange items without prior agreement pre- purchase so please choose carefully.
